J&W Seafood recommends that all seafood orders be shipped overnight. If any changes are made to your order (shipping price & shipping priority) you will be notified by email or phone.
Attention: Any order processed after 3:00 p..m. eastern standard time may not be processed till the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. We have just implemented a new shipping schedule to encourage customers to ship perishable products with next day air service. Starting June 22, 2009 - J&W Seafood will adhere to the following pricing schedule for shipping. For our local customers that have used Ground Shipping, this will still be available to you.

Please Remember, that Ground Service times are an estimation and are not guaranteed. UPS Ground does not operate on Sunday's. If you are trying to have your product meet a certain shipment date, please be considerate of these issues.
Tips on Shipping - To save on your shipping and seafood use a business address when possible. Using a buisness address is often cheaper than residential shipping. The key to keeping seafood fresh is controling its environment. If you predict that you will not be home when a residential delivery truck would deliver to your area, try shipping to your business address or alternate address where product can be controlled.
Returns
J&W Seafood strives to bring you the freshest seafood available from the Chesapeake Bay. You can ensure that every item is carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. Your package will be shipped in a durable container that is lined with insulation and packed with specially designed frozen ice packs to ensure your purchase arrives saftley at your door. If your J&W Seafood package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If your order is spoiled or damaged due to negligence by J&W Seafood, we will replace or refund your order per your request.
If you receive an order that you suspect is spoiled, contact us immediately and please do not discard of any suspected spoilage or damaged products until a representative from J&W Seafood is contacted. We may request that you return them to us for inspection.
